TRAINING PROGRAM

Our program has been created and designed to reach out to any and all levels of volleyball players that may not be able to commit to or incur the expense of a long competitive travel schedule. Our program gives the athlete the opportunity to stay in court shape and maintain their fundamental skill set, while still staying loyal to their other sports or extra-curricular activities. Our program is designed to assist the athlete in their journey to reach their full potential, through physical and mental comprehensive training. It will be comprised of the following types of athletic training:

TRAINING PROGRAM: 

* Individual position specific mechanics training

* On court instruction for systems, both offensive and defensive (individual and team)

* Fundamental to advanced training for each athlete’s individual interest (positional)

* All-inclusive on court instruction for volleyball systems, offensive and defensive, individual and team concepts

EACH SESSION WILL INCLUDE 2-3 HOURS OF TRAINING 

We are excited about the opportunity our program provides to the athletes. We hope that our Teaghlach Volleyball Family provides opportunities to athletes that have been discouraged to participate in club volleyball or disappointed in the past, because they felt this type of training was out of reach or unrealistic.

At Teaghlach Volleyball Academy we are aspiring to assist athletes in their journey to reach a new height of skill, both fundamentally and advanced. Our program is designed to establish and improve the athlete’s volleyball mind and ability, while assisting in the complete development as an athlete. We strive to have our training sessions consist of exercises and drills that will build fundamental foundations to establish a sound volleyball IQ while training the body to be able to go that extra mile when physically and mentally necessary. Our goal is to be the only training program in the area that still makes the experience affordable and enjoyable, while providing the necessary instruction and training to ensure the athlete’s complete improvement.
